The 4 Jazz Foundation, Inc., a 501 (c) 3, was created to keep Jasmine’s memory alive through scholarships and service that will honor her passion and love for sports, health, and education.

The mission of the 4 Jazz Foundation is to provide assistance to female collegiate scholar-athletes of Prince George’s County who demonstrate a financial need.
